Education

Degree in Law obtained in 2006 at the ‘LUISS’ Guido Carli University (dissertation in Tax Law: ‘The evolution of the concept of contributory capacity in the jurisprudence of the Constitutional Court. Objective contributory capacity and IRAP’, supervised by Prof. Augusto Fantozzi).

Qualifications

Admitted to the Roman Bar in 2012.

Professional Experiences

• 2006 – 2008: at the law firm ‘Glandarelli Ussani – d’Escobar’, offering legal assistance in the civil and tax sector.
• 2008: NCTM – ‘Negri Clementi Toffoletto & Montironi’ Associated law firm, offering legal assistance to individuals and companies in the civil sector.
• November 2008 – Present: tax law firm ‘Giontella e Associati’, providing assistance to individuals and business, even international ones, in litigation and corporate/tax advisory.
• Advanced skills in the management of tax disputes, acquired through studying dedicated solutions for businesses and individuals and the autonomous management of related judicial activities, also before the higher judiciary (drafting of documents on behalf of professionals qualified to practice at the Supreme Court).
